Keto Breakfast Burrito

- 1 egg
- salt and pepper — to taste
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 of red bell pepper
- 3 oz of polish sausage
- 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
- cooking olive oil
- Prepare the polish sausage
- Start by browning and draining the pork sausage. Set aside in a bowl.
- Cook the eggs and polish sausage
- Whisk the eggs, add salt, pepper, heavy cream, and smoked paprika. Move to the side.
- Cut up the red bell pepper, take the bell pepper and olive, and add to the skillet to cook, then remove from the skillet
- Add the polish sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, and remove from the skillet
- Scramble the egg mixture in the skillet until cooked through and drier than you would usually cook them.
- Take 2 leaves of the romaine lettuce and place the food inside the lettuce, and enjoy.
