Keto Breakfast Burrito

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 of red bell pepper
  • 3 oz of polish sausage
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • cooking olive oil
  1. Prepare the polish sausage
  2. Start by browning and draining the pork sausage. Set aside in a bowl.
  3. Cook the eggs and polish sausage
  4. Whisk the eggs, add salt, pepper, heavy cream, and smoked paprika. Move to the side.
  5. Cut up the red bell pepper, take the bell pepper and olive, and add to the skillet to cook, then remove from the skillet
  6. Add the polish sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, and remove from the skillet
  7. Scramble the egg mixture in the skillet until cooked through and drier than you would usually cook them.
  8. Take 2 leaves of the romaine lettuce and place the food inside the lettuce, and enjoy.
